I am Poem

An “I Am” poem is a reflective writing exercise that invites individuals to express their identity, experiences and aspirations in their own voice. At Forsyth Tech, we’ve embraced this creative tool to help students and employees alike explore self-awareness and connection – using it both in classrooms and professional development.
