Blaze’s Trailblazer Icebox Pie
Blaze’s Trailblazer Icebox Pie
Serves: 8 · Active time: 10 minutes · Chill: 3 hours
Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (3-oz) box lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-oz) tub whipped topping
- Optional, for Forsyth Tech flair: lime zest and a few blueberries on top
Directions
01 / DISSOLVE
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool 10 minutes.
02 / WHIP
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Slowly beat in the cooled gelatin
03 / FOLD
Fold in whipped topping (and lime zest, if using). Spoon into crust.
04 / CHILL
Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Top with a few blueberries and slice.
